Watch!

Want to have streaming access to the 2025 Northeastern District and/or Central States District conventions and contests? Acaville is working with the Barbershop Harmony Society to bring you all the excitement, regardless of where you are!

Acaville will bring you all of the contests live: The Quartet Semifinals, The Chorus/VLQ Finals, and the Quartet Finals, as well as replays so you can go back and catch anything you may have missed. Full replays will be available exclusively to subscribers after the events as well. We’ll even share extras and other fun things from the stage, too, as available (champions show, anyone?)…

The Central States District (CSD) and Northeastern District (NED) are two of 17 North American districts and affiliate/associate entities of the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, Inc. (SPEBSQSA, Inc.) aka the “Barbershop Harmony Society”.

Founded in 1938 as the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, Inc. (SPEBSQSA), the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS) preserves and extends the reach of a uniquely American close harmony musical art form whose roots lie in African-American improvisation and European harmony traditions. Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee since 2007, the nonprofit organization provides active programs and resources in music education, publishing, performance, and community outreach.

Acaville was founded in 2014, originally to bring a cappella fans a place to hear great a cappella music anytime, anywhere. The internet radio station has since expanded to include original programming, podcasts, event coverage, and live streaming, with a library that’s grown to 25,000 songs that play free ‘round the clock at acaville.org or on the Acaville app. Volunteers are the heart of Acaville, powered entirely by diehard fans, singers, and supporters of all styles of a cappella music.
